What we collect When you reach out through our contact form, call us, or place an order, we collect what you give us — your name, phone number, and whatever you tell us about your order or your question. Visiting the website itself doesn't ask you for anything.

Why we collect it We use this only to get your order right, get back to you, or find you a table when you arrive. Nothing is used for anything beyond that.

Who sees it Card and contactless payments are handled by our payment provider, not stored by us. Nobody else sees your information — we don't sell or share it.

How long we keep it We keep order and contact details only as long as we need them to sort out your order or reply to you.

Your rights You can ask us any time for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just get in touch — details are on the Contact page.

Who we are Il Monello is a family-run pizzeria at Sint-Martinusplein 3, 2550 Kontich, Belgium, run by Antonello and Monica since 2012.

What we serve We make pizza, to eat in or take away, along with sides, dessert, beer, wine, cocktails and coffee. We do not serve pasta.

Prices Prices are shown where published and include VAT. Prices for the full menu are available in the restaurant.

Orders and tables We don't take table reservations — seating is first come, first served. Takeaway and phone orders are prepared as they come in; during busy periods, orders can take longer than usual.

Payment We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and contactless payment.

If something's wrong If your order isn't right, tell us when you collect it or as soon as you get home, and we'll put it right.

Governing law These terms are governed by Belgian law.
